Our Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Department provides a range of physical rehabilitation services to improve mobility, strength, and overall well-being.

🦾 Physiotherapy

Our physiotherapists assist individuals affected by injury, illness, or disability through movement, exercise, manual therapy, education, and advice.

  • Vestibular Rehabilitation: Addresses vertigo, dizziness, and balance issues through exercises and manual techniques.
  • Neurological Rehabilitation: Targets impairments from neurological conditions, improving vision, balance, mobility, and daily living activities.
  • Spinal Rehabilitation: Offers treatment for traumatic and non-traumatic spinal cord injuries, including conditions like tumors and infections.
  • Orthopaedic Physiotherapy: Focuses on treating skeletal injuries and disorders, providing pain relief and restoring function.

Our Occupational Therapy (OT) services help individuals develop, restore, or maintain meaningful activities.

Adult Occupational Therapy Programme:
  • Hand/Upper Limb Therapy: We focus on restoring hand function for daily activities, such as writing and typing.
  • Neuro-Rehabilitation: Targeted therapy for stroke, traumatic brain injury, or spinal cord injury, aimed at regaining independence and improving cognitive and emotional functions.
  • Mental Health Rehabilitation: We promote positive mental health and support individuals in overcoming mental health challenges.
  • Work/Vocational Rehabilitation: Collaboration with employers and case managers to facilitate injury prevention and successful return to work.
  • Functional Capacity Evaluation (FCE): Thorough evaluations of strength, endurance, and physical capabilities to help injured employees.
  • Splinting Prescriptions: Customized splints to aid recovery from hand injuries and prevent deformities.
Occupational Therapy for ADHD, ASD, Down Syndrome, and Learning Difficulties:
  • Speech Therapy: Our Speech Therapists provide assessment and individualized care for communication disorders, promoting effective communication through early intervention. We also offer support and education for caregivers.
